😷 Clear Congestion with a Simple Herbal Steam 🌱
My hubby’s been down with a stubborn cold, all the congestion, sniffles, and that heavy flu feeling 🤧💔. We’re leaning on one of my favorite simple remedies: a 3-ingredient herbal steam 🌿✨
Here’s how we do it:
1️⃣ Bring 3 cups of hot water to a bowl
2️⃣ Add 1 tsp dried peppermint + 1 tsp thyme and 2–3 drops eucalyptus oil. I can be a bit heavy handed so these are smaller measurements but I typically do 1 TBS of thyme and peppermint for adults. For Kids 1-2 tsp
3️⃣ Drape a towel over your head, inhale gently for 5–10 min 3x (no need to redo a new steam just do this 3x while the water is still hot)
