7 Gut Healing Habits That Actually Work✨

Gut healing isn’t about extremes, it’s about gentle, consistent support from the inside out 🤍

One of the first things I focus on is live probiotics. These introduce beneficial bacteria that help support digestion, reduce bloating, and restore balance in the gut. When healing, I always start with small amounts of live, cultured foods and let the body adjust, consistency over intensity.

The rest of my gut-support rituals include:
