What’s In My Small Gym Bag 💼
What’s in my gym bag always stays minimal but very intentional. Since this is my smaller gym bag, I only keep essentials I actually use every single workout. (Well some items are in case 🙃)
Inside you’ll always find my sauna cap (need to protect my hair) and sauna towel for recovery/ after workout , plus a workout towel for lifting. I never skip my facial spray, it’s a must for refreshing and calming my skin before or after workouts and the sauna. I also always carry my glasses case with me and leave my oura ring in it with my glasses because apparently it shouldn’t be worn in a sauna?
I also keep workout gloves for grip and hand protection, weight clamps so plates don’t slide during lifts, and cleansing wipes + Clorox wipes to disinfect equipment.
For hygiene and comfort, I always have hand sanitizer, body wipes, lip balm, and a mini deodorant & body spray. And of course, a snack, usually a granola bar for a quick post-workout boost. I like this bag for my upper body lift days and cardio. Other days I typically will carry my larger gym bag around with much more in it.
Simple, clean, and practical. Being prepared makes workouts way less stressful. Oh and of course can’t forget a good pair of headphones 👌🏽
