Let’s Go to Bed
I’ve been drinking this little mocktail of sorts every night before bed for about a week now so I decided to share! I do not measure with anything but my heart so good luck 😆
In 1/4 c of water, brew 1 chamomile tea bag(I like to also add a ginger turmeric tea bag also)
In a tall glass, pour enough honey to cover the bottom of the glass, 1 T apple cider vinegar, 1 slice of lime, a sprinkle of cinnamon, turmeric and ginger (I prefer ginger paste personally).
Pour brewed tea over honey mixture. Add ice, top with one can of literally any flavor sparkling water. I’ve used a different one every night and they’ve all been good.
I love the benefits of ACV and cinnamon but it always reminds me of when I’m sick…thus the sparkling water.
