Playing or listening to saxophones can truly reflect the loudness of our inner thoughts, almost like they resonate with every scream or emotional surge we experience. I’ve found that combining my love for music, especially saxophone jazz or blues, with regular gym sessions creates a powerful balance. The gym becomes more than just a place for physical exercise — it transforms into a sanctuary that helps channel intense emotions constructively.
