RECIPE:
Homemade Cherry Vanilla Bean Syrup Recipe:
• 1.5 cups pitted cherries (I used frozen)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 Tbs vanilla bean paste
• 1 cup water
• Simmer for 7 minutes
• Add a pinch of salt
• Let cool completely
• Bottle
• Keep refrigerated & good for 2 weeks
COLD FOAM:
• 2 Tbs cherry vanilla bean syrup
• 2.5 Tbs heavy whipping cream
• 1 Tbs milk of choice (I use Fairlife)
• Solely to make it pretty in pink I use red sugar sprinkles but you can use food coloring or beet root or leave it out!
Assemble drink:
• Ice
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2-3/4 cup Tazo chai concentrate
• Top with cold foam & Sprinkles
• Enjoy! ☺️
