One of the best habits to adopt is drinking a full glass of water first thing in the morning before coffee. This practice jumpstarts digestion, enhances energy, and supports skin health. Additionally, don’t underestimate the hydration benefits of consuming fruits and vegetables with high water content, like cucumbers, watermelon, and oranges. These foods not only provide water but also essential vitamins and minerals. For those who find plain water boring, adding natural flavors can make a big difference.
