I came for Pilates training but I came a day earlier before the chaos to settle in and take in more of NYC since I haven’t been in over TEN years. I want to go back again maybe live there too 👀

Pilates will get you strong and it will also teach you patience lol

Any GOOD Pilates comprehensive cert will take you AT LEAST a year and some change to complete. Even if it’s just a mat or reformer certification, it will take way more than a weekend.
