"The younger generation (some groups) dare to negotiate a lot, but it doesn't really work."
Gen Z has two clear groups.
The first group - lazy to develop themselves, but a lot of bargaining, still unable to do anything, but enough to teach to do more work. From the first step, ask for an additional salary immediately = waste time teaching for free, get nothing back.
The second group - diligently improve themselves, learn to be practical, have quality, do not negotiate, send work on time (do not need regular job experience, can come out to get a free lance job), and this group accidentally teaches business owners...
For business owners
→ Why hire the first group to negotiate but can't do it? Can't do it as No Ideaf!
→ Pay the second group with ideas and actually do better
→ Paid slightly over permanent staff, but got quality jobs (jobs improved immediately)
→ Free Lance will find someone who is prouder and easier to put in full with the job.
→ In the regular staff, it's easier to find the masters to pass through.
→ No training, no follow, no KPI
→ Can't do it, change
For Gen Z, the second group...
This is your opportunity. The market is open for people to develop themselves in line with the labor market. The organization is looking for people who can do it, not bargaining people, but unskilled. The more you have a Portfolio or you play software tools, the more you compete for the first job, the grades don't have to be good. Just show the obvious thing you can do, Mr. In!
Coupled with self-improvement, continue to create "Skill Stack."
You'll only get higher wages than regular employees...
P.S. Big companies don't have these problems. All the elite kids are working hard. SME companies like us are fate takers. So if these kids aren't ready to work, don't let us rush to use our people to get long-term headaches (don't accidentally think about changing or developing anyone if they're not ready to receive them at all), I've been hit many times, not worth our headaches...
Use free lance first, my friend...
