Thanks for watching besties love you’ll, my new day in a life as a mom of two boys. #dayinmylife #sahm #momvlog #fypシ #momcontent
Living as a stay-at-home mom to two young boys definitely transforms every part of daily life, and I can totally relate to how challenging yet rewarding it is. One thing I've found useful is incorporating my kids into daily activities whenever possible, just like cooking with toddlers or making time for play sessions that keep them engaged. It helps create bonding moments and also gives me chances to have a little fun amidst the chaos. Balancing personal time and motherhood, especially when one child dislikes being on camera, is tricky, but it’s important to respect their comfort and privacy. I admire moms who find creative ways to include their little ones in content or family routines without making them uncomfortable. Working out consistently can feel impossible with toddlers around, but setting achievable goals, like 30 minutes on incline walking or focusing on specific muscle groups like back and arms, really helps. I usually prefer home workouts or quick gym sessions, and sometimes I multitask by exercising when the kids are with their dad. Tracking your target heart rate zone can make your cardio time more effective, even if you’re pressed for time. Hair routines are often spontaneous for busy moms, and it’s perfectly normal when your hairstyle "just happens" rather than being perfectly planned. The little things, like nickname stories for kids (calling one Sonics because of his love for the character), add warmth and personality to your daily mom life. Sharing these genuine moments—the mix of play, parent duties, fitness, and self-care—helps other moms realize they’re not alone, and these small wins accumulate into a happier, healthier family routine.
