Meal PrEP
When I tell you I am TiRED LOL…SHEESH!!!
So I want to lose weight….and I went to the farmers market and bought all these veggies and then Publix/DollarTree and got my spring water.
My problem is that I will go all day w/o eating so I decided to create my veggie delight.
Whats in my contents:
🖤The pretty green insulated jug is a TAL to the left is my daily spring water intake. 💚💙
🖤The pretty Blue Glass bottles are reused Saratoga glasses with my immunity tea in them….It is a 4 cups total of prep for a couple days. I can sip on them as a daily shot or drink as a span across 4-8 days. (It’s ground turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice, honey, and water.)
🖤 Last the clear tupperware container consists of sautéed veggies.
•Broccoli 🥦
•Carrots 🥕
•Red Potatos 🥔
•Peas 🫛
•String Beans 🫛
•Corn🌽
•King Oyster Mushrooms 🍄🟫 (replacement for meat)
….And usually Zucchini but I for got to get them this time.
They are sautéed in grapeseed oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and Tony’s Creole seasoning.
It took me about four hours to cook that entire container because all of it could not fit in my frying pan and so I had to cook the veggies piece by piece before condensing and mixing, especially because the potatoes, broccoli, and carrots take longer to cook. 👩🏾🍳
I combined this with exercise like walking 2 miles a day and my weight goes down if I eat breakfast lunch and dinner ….
Consistency is key so do it at the same time every day and you will see a difference . And eat this meal and portions… if you get tired of this meal, then you can switch by eating one veggie and a meat/mushrooms with different choice of seasoning… I’m a habitual eater sometimes so it’s not a big deal because my body craves for veggies
