How I’m staying Motivated šŸ‹šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø

It’s hard! Let me just start there

My fitness schedule has never been concrete due to my work requiring me to travel frequently. But I’ve made myself commit to some other life changes to help me along my fitness journey.

šŸ‹Significantly reducing/cutting out alcohol

šŸ‹Having a goal in mind with continued progress documentation

šŸ‹ Being more mindful about my eating out habits/choices

šŸ‹ Reminding myself that consistency is key to results

šŸ‹Venturing out to try a new form of workout/class at least once a month to keep things fun!

šŸ‹ most importantly stop comparing myself to others! Everyone’s goals and starting points and obstacles are different. Keeping my mind focused on my goals and my health has reduced a lot of stress that can come with going to the gym.
