Disclosure Day: It was a decent movie, but I think it tried a little too hard to be deep. The constant effort to be thought-provoking ended up feeling forced, and because of that, it never quite lived up to its potential.
Project Hail Mary: I really wish I had seen this one in theaters. It had the heart and humor of a Disney movie with an awesome sci-fi twist. The comedy was on point, and underneath all the space adventure, it delivered a simple message: no matter how different we may look or where we come from, we're all more alike than we realize.
They Will Kill You: Another movie I wish I had experienced on the big screen. It feels like a modern-day Kill Bill and has all the makings of a cult classic. My only hope is they don't ruin it by forcing a half-baked sequel. Some movies are better left standing on their own.
