It actually makes my skin BETTER?!
Last week, I pulled a night finishing a work project, chugged a cold coffee at 2am, then crashed hard with my full face on makeup. I woke up at 8am. But guess what? I stared at the mirror, and actually, my skin looked smoother with less red around my nose, even that tiny dry patch on my forehead was gone.
For real?! Everyone and their mom says sleeping in makeup clogs pores, ruins your skin, but here I am, accidentally doing it and getting a glow? Has anyone else had this weirdly opposite experience? Like, you’re sure you messed up your skin but it’s lowkey glowier the next day? I need the science on this. Why is my skin defying all the beauty rules?!
