Starting over… again. But this time differently.

I’ve had this Lemon8 account sitting here for a while now and kept thinking I needed the “perfect” first post.

Something polished.

Something inspiring.

Something that explained everything properly.

And then I realised… that’s exactly how I used to live my whole life. Waiting until things looked neat before I showed up.

So here’s the simple version.

I’m rebuilding parts of my life at the moment. Health. Confidence. Business. Boundaries. All of it.

Not because everything collapsed yesterday. Not because I had some dramatic breakthrough. Just because I reached a point where I knew I wanted better.

I talk about domestic abuse.

I’m navigating ADHD and the chaos that comes with it.

I’m working on my health in a way that actually feels sustainable.

And I’m building a business that fits around my real life.

Some days I’m focused. Some days my brain decides we’re only doing one thing and everything else can wait.

There isn’t a perfectly curated message here.

Just me, figuring things out in public instead of hiding until it looks impressive.

If you’re also in a “sorting my life out but quietly” phase… you’ll probably fit in here.

5 ways ADHD shows up differently in women
ADHD in women often gets overlooked, not because it’s rare, but because it doesn’t always look like what we’ve been taught to expect. It’s quieter. Masked. Misunderstood. Hidden behind good grades, chronic overachieving, or emotional overwhelm that’s written off as “just anxiety.” Add hormonal

Starting over… again.
I’m moving back in with my mom after living on my own for years. It’s breaking my heart. This apartment was my safe place my own rules, my own space, finally feeling like an adult. But after a car accident I caused earlier this year, the debt hit me hard. Legal fees, repairs, low sales at work…

My March Reset: Choosing Peace Over Pressure
March isn’t asking us to do more… it’s asking us to breathe. I’ll be honest—I’ve been feeling the pressure lately. The pressure to have it all figured out, to move faster, to do more. But this month I’m choosing differently. I’m entering March with a reset. Not rushing. Not overthinking.

How to stop overthinking in your relationships ❤️‍🩹
Overthinking isn’t a flaw. It’s often your brain trying to protect you. But constant spiraling doesn’t lead to peace, just exhaustion. If your thoughts have been loud lately, these small shifts might help you feel more grounded again. Save this for the next time your mind won’t slow down. Yo
