Self care kinda day...

Energy affects everyone a little differently, and these last few days have been interesting to name it kindly. Attempting to stay in the flow even when the peaceful, babbling brooke suddenly turns into rushing rapids.

Grounding outside with barefeet in the grass and the sun on my skin along with my angel furbaby snuggles helps me move through it all.

If you are with me in the energetic rodeo, hang on, it will even out eventually. Until then, take care of yourself. Breathe and drink some water, even if that's soothing tea. Surrender, feel what you need to feel, notice what arises, and re-write anything that needs realignment to your truth now. Trust, it is all unfolding in your favor. Everything always happens for our best and highest good whether we recognize it or not in the moment. The clarity will come. Simply BE.
