2026 is about showcasing what we have at TGCsweets

This is our Cookies & Cream small cookie:

AP flour 300g@

Baking powder

Baking soda

unsalted butter

granulated sugar

Brown sugar

1 whole Egg

2 egg yolks

Vanilla extract

Fine sea salt

Finely crushed Oreos or similar type cookie

Heavy whipping cream for moisture because Oreos actually soak up most of the moisture

Chopped Oreos for add-ins after dough combined

Instructions

In separate bowl whisk flour, baking powder, and baking soda and set aside

Cream butter alone in stand mixer or use hand mixer (speed(sp) med to med-hi for 45 secs)

add in Granulated sugar (sp:med to med-hi for 2-3 mins)

add in Brown sugar (sp:med to med-hi for 1-2 mins)

add in eggs and yolks (one at a time and don’t over mix) (sp:lo just till combined)

Add vanilla and salt and mix (sp:lo just till combined)

Add finely crushed Oreos (sp:lo just till combined)

Now mix in half of the dry ingredients (sp:lo just till combined) (dont over mix)

Then finish off dry ingredients and mix in the rest of the Oreos (sp:lo just till combined)

Refrigerate overnight.

Portion to your desired size

Bake on 350 for 11-14 mins

Enjoy!
