Worth the hype⁉️

Arthur and Sons NY Italian is another italian restaurant in the west village that has ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and 859 reviews on google map. it serves home style italian cuisine (and portion).

🍝 we tried spicy rigatoni alla vodka ($33.95) adding meat balls, and macaroni alla tartufo ($38.95). my experience was not so good. rigatoni was so undercooked and tough. the sauce tasted really good but it did not fully cover the rigatoni either.

however, i love the macaroni alla tarfuto. the truffle was really fragrant. i am a truffle fan and was impressed with creamy mushroom sauce 🍄‍🟫

i have been there a long time ago and never wanted to revisit. but maybe it is just me or the chef on that day 🫠
