Welcome to our little corner here — we're Xiao Wang and Xiao Lin, and this is officially chapter 1 of our story (tied to nested, one chapter at a time 🪴).
This account is mainly handled by Xiao Lin and filled with Xiao Lin's blabbers to share all our stories, as I thought a lot of them are funny and interesting, I didn't just want these to stick with me. I want to share it with you guys!
Meet Xiao Wang: the cuddly bear of the duo. Calm, easy-going, always down to follow Xiao Lin's lead. Lives for Sushi, BBQ, and Steaks — and will mysteriously disappear to the toilet every single time we're out 🤣.
Meet Xiao Lin: the researcher and planner. Chilli padi energy, obsessed with spicy food (mala and steamboat, 大辣，加麻，少油 pleaseee), playful and quirky, and yes — gets the occasional headache from thinking too hard (Psyduck energy fr).
Our timeline so far:
2022 — met, officially got together, started a joint savings account, create on the 2nd month we got together
2023 — call us crazy, but 6 months after getting together, less than a year of knowing each other, we decided to ballot for our HDB
2024 — flat selected, lease signed
2025 — officially engaged
2026 — wedding planning in full swing: wedding bands, si dian jin, venue, gown, and an overseas pre-wedding shoot
2027 — wedding, and collecting the keys to our place
