Skincare Meets Science

Additional Tips: For Maximum Results

• Start with clean, dry skin

• Pair with a hydrating serum afterward (I love hyaluronic acid post-treatment)

• Use 10–20 minutes per session

• Be consistent. Think long-term glow, not overnight miracles

Each light color targets a different skin concern, so you can truly tailor your results:

• Red Light: Boosts collagen, firms skin, softens fine lines; perfect for a anti-aging ritual

• Blue Light: Kills acne-causing bacteria and calms inflammation; ideal for clear, calm skin

• Green Light: Balances skin tone and fades hyperpigmentation; a go-to for an even, radiant complexion

• Yellow Light: Soothes sensitive skin and reduces redness; a quiet luxury moment for your skin

• White Light: Supports skin renewal, refines texture, and gives a lifted, refreshed look.

• Purple Light: A mix of red and blue—both anti-aging and acne-fighting

• Cyan Light: A calming combo of blue and green light. It soothes stressed skin, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing

LED light therapy is the move. It’s the ultimate soft life beauty hack: no effort, no mess, just results.

Does anyone know if these lights are in tanning beds or why aren’t they?

From what I have seen they are not in tanning beds as tanning requires UV lighting. However, there are spas that have large machines that emit this type of lighting for the whole body ❤️❤️
