Found a Bunny! Caught a Bunny!
found a bunny. played where's Waldo as I tried catching him. 😅. He is so incredibly sweet. I dont see how someone dumped him! if I had the money to supply a new hutch and food for a while I would keep him, but I cant sadly.
if no owner is found by Jan he will be put up for adoption.

After finding a bunny, it’s essential to know how to best assist it. If you come across a stray bunny, first check for identification, such as tags or a microchip. If no owner is evident, provide proper food, a safe environment, and consider reaching out to local shelters or rescue organizations for guidance on finding an owner or adopting. Bunnies require specific care, including a suitable habitat and a diet rich in hay and fresh vegetables. Many animal rescues offer advice and support for new bunny owners, helping ensure that these sensitive creatures receive the care they need. Always remember, adopting a pet means committing to its wellbeing, so educate yourself before taking that step. If you’re unable to keep the bunny, local shelters often have resources to help. They can assist in finding the bunny a new home, or you might use platforms like social media groups dedicated to lost and found pets. Community support through hashtags such as #bunnybonding and #bunnyfinds can also connect you with others who are knowledgeable about rabbit care and adoption processes, creating a network of support during this process.
