Summary Part 3: 7 Thought Weaknesses...That nerve riders use as weapons.
We arrived at the most "dangerous" part of the series...
Not because we are talking about complex strategies, but because we are talking about the closest "enemy."..That's our own "idea."
In this part, we have "surgically" seven cognitive Biases & Logical Fallacies that our subconscious minds often prey on and are tools that nerve riders use to control us without us knowing.
Here's a rundown to be a "thought shield" that you can save, always reminding yourself:
• Confirmation Bias: Choosing to Listen to What You Want to Believe
• Straw Man Fallacy: A distorted "straw puppet" attack
• Ad Hominem: "identity" attack instead of "point"
• Sunk Cost Fallacy: The "regret" trap that makes it impossible to go on.
• Bandwagon Effect: "Everyone does it."
• False Dichotomy: A squeeze to choose between "white and black"
• Anchoring Bias: The Influence of the Thought-Pinning "First Information"
Remember that...Being aware of your mind mechanism is the first and foremost step to being independent of other people's games.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การรับรู้ถึงจุดอ่อนทางความคิดอย่าง Confirmation Bias หรือการเลือกเชื่อสิ่งที่อยากฟังนั้นทำให้ผมเริ่มตั้งคำถามกับข้อมูลที่ได้รับมากขึ้น เช่นเดียวกับกับดักอย่าง Sunk Cost Fallacy ที่มักทำให้เราไม่กล้าตัดสินใจเลิกทำบางสิ่ง เพราะเสียดายสิ่งที่ลงทุนไป ทั้งเวลาและทรัพยากร ผมเคยตกอยู่ในสถานการณ์ที่คนรอบข้างใช้เทคนิค Ad Hominem โจมตีตัวตนแทนที่จะพูดคุยเรื่องข้อเท็จจริง ซึ่งทำให้การสื่อสารติดขัดและเกิดความขัดแย้งโดยไม่จำเป็น การรู้ทันว่ากำลังถูกเล่นเกมความคิดแบบ Straw Man Fallacy หรือการบิดเบือนประเด็น ทำให้ผมสามารถตอบโต้ได้อย่างมีเหตุผลและไม่ตกเป็นเหยื่อได้ง่ายๆ นอกจากนี้ Bandwagon Effect ก็ชัดเจนมากในสังคมออนไลน์ที่ใครๆ ก็พยายามทำตามกระแสโดยไม่ตั้งคำถามเอง False Dichotomy ทำให้เรามองโลกเป็นแค่ขาวกับดำโดยไม่ยอมรับทางเลือกอื่น ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจที่จำกัดและผิดพลาด สุดท้าย Anchoring Bias ทำให้ผมระวังการรับข้อมูลแรกที่ได้รับ เพราะมันส่งผลมหาศาลต่อความคิดและการตัดสินใจของเรา แม้จะเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สมบูรณ์หรือไม่ถูกต้องก็ตาม การรู้ทันและเข้าใจกลไกเหล่านี้ช่วยให้เราก้าวออกจากการถูกปั่นประสาทและควบคุมความคิดของตัวเองได้มากขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่มีคุณค่ามากจริงๆ และผมอยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนบันทึกและเรียนรู้เพื่อสร้าง "เกราะป้องกันทางความคิด" อย่างแท้จริง
