Grief does not have a timeframe on how long it will take! Grief of losing a child, may never ever end, just have to learn how to accept & keep pushing & praying! Never Allow Anyone To Tell You How To Grieve, How Long You Should Grieve, or How you should Grieve! It comes in different forms, a few ways I’ve experienced is the following, remember EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT: 😟 Sadness, 😔 Physical symptoms, 🙄 Anxiety, 😡 Anger, 🤗Loneliness, 😮 Disbelief, 😲 Guilt, 🫥 Depression, 😶 PTSD, 😵💫 Insomnia, 🤨 Loss of sense of personal competence and power, & so many more! Losing a child no matter if it’s your one and only or it’s one out of 10, can be the worst type of PAIN any parent will experience! I don’t wish this PAIN on any Parent!
