It’s okay to feel overwhelmed or uncertain, especially when the world feels chaotic. For me, sharing these moments openly helps build a more authentic travel community. If you’re passionate about traveling responsibly, start small. Try to decrease your carbon footprint by researching sustainable aviation fuels or booking with ethical tour operators. Support local economies by choosing locally owned accommodations and farms, like the family farm I visited that provided fresh veggies for an off-grid cruise. Above all, stay curious and stay compassionate. Sustainable travel isn’t perfect, but it’s a step toward a more connected and respectful world.
