I've always been drawn to brands like Summer Fridays and Laneige because they offer more than just basic lip balms—they bring a luxurious feel with effective ingredients. For example, Laneige’s Gummy Beat Bonbon lip balm feels like a treat, with fruity notes and a soft, glossy finish that lasts. Summer Fridays stands out due to its clean formula and hydrating properties, which makes it perfect for all-day wear during any season. Their lip balms have a smooth consistency that prevents dryness and chapping, something I’ve struggled with during harsh weather. Another brand I enjoy is Rhode, known for minimalist yet effective products. Their lip balms or tints are subtle but provide a lovely, natural sheen that enhances the lips without being overpowering. EOS is a classic brand I return to for its unique spherical packaging and nourishing formulas. The Super Balm line, in particular, offers intense moisture thanks to ingredients like shea butter and jojoba oil, which is great for repairing dry lips overnight. Glow Recipe's Glass Balm brings a refreshing twist with flavors like Watermelon and Blackberry Bingsoo, adding a cool sensation and light tint that’s perfect for a casual, fresh look. I appreciate how it doubles as both skincare and makeup. Lastly, Byoma’s Liptide line caught my attention with its avocado oil-enriched formula. It combines lip oil and mask benefits, delivering intense hydration and a protective barrier that leaves lips soft and plump. In short, my lip care routine is all about choosing products that nourish deeply while offering a touch of style or flavor. By mixing these brands, I ensure my lips stay healthy, appealing, and ready for any occasion.
