Over time, I’ve realized that dedicating this time and place for personal leisure deeply influences my productivity and overall happiness. Additionally, the choices we make about how and where we spend free time can have a profound impact on our mental health. Creating an environment that fosters relaxation and positive energy is crucial. For instance, I make sure the lighting, seating, and ambiance of my favorite spot are comfortable and inviting, which encourages me to spend more time there. If you’re exploring where you spend most of your free time, consider what brings you genuine joy and peace.
