My breastfeeding essential #4

The first few days of breastfeeding/pumping were SO painful. Dry, sore, cracked nipples 😭

The worst part? You still have to feed/pump every few hours even when it hurts 🥲 I literally had to mentally prepare myself before every latch.

Started using Lansinoh Nipple Balm before every pump and after every feed, it honestly made such a difference:

✨ soothed the soreness

✨ kept my nipples moisturised

✨ less friction when pumping

✨ safe for baby so no need to wipe off before feeding

Now I never go without it in my pumping cart 😂

If breastfeeding is feeling rough right now… nipple balm is NOT optional 🫶

... Read moreBreastfeeding can be a challenging journey, especially in the early days when sore and cracked nipples make every feed painful. From my own experience, finding a product that not only soothes but also protects was crucial. Lansinoh Organic Nipple Balm stood out as a game changer for me. Its natural formulation is gentle, moisturizing, and safe to use without wiping off before nursing, which gave me peace of mind when feeding my baby. What I appreciated most was how it reduced the friction I felt during pumping sessions. This little change helped make pumping less uncomfortable and more manageable, especially during those frequent feedings required in the newborn phase. Applying it before and after feeds became part of my routine, and it truly helped speed up the healing process of damaged skin. I also found that incorporating Lansinoh into my pumping kit made it easy to access and remember to use consistently. For moms struggling with nipple pain and dryness, using a balm like Lansinoh can be essential to keep breastfeeding enjoyable and sustainable. This experience taught me that investing in good-quality nipple care products is not just about comfort but also about ensuring a successful breastfeeding journey. If you're encountering similar difficulties, I highly recommend trying Lansinoh Nipple Balm as a natural remedy to soothe and protect. It’s a small addition to your routine with a big impact on breastfeeding comfort and confidence.

Breastfeeding sucks
Sigh, where do I even start? Simply talking about breastfeeding brings up so much bad memories that I don't want to relive... It was literally the toughest thing I've ever done and a very painful, lonely and miserable 9 months of my life. To put things in perspective, I would say pregnancy

How Much It Cost Me to Have a Baby (On a Budget)
When I first found out I was pregnant, it was completely unplanned. I wasn’t ready — emotionally or financially. But unplanned doesn’t mean unwanted — it just means fate decided I needed to grow up and stop messing around in my 30s 🤣 Through it all, I learned one big lesson: save money, and k

Why breastfeeding wasn’t for me - no regrets
Breastmilk has typically been deemed a “free” resource compared to formula milk. But the true cost tells a very different story and it is truly eye opening. 1. Value of Time. Breastfeeding is a full-time commitment, especially in the early months when baby feeds every few hours around the clock
