I don‘t want to study anymore. Can I go to sleep?

7/10 Edited to

... Read moreAfter a long day of studying, it's completely normal to feel exhausted and crave some rest. From my own experience, pushing yourself too hard can actually decrease productivity and make it harder to retain information. Taking intentional breaks helps your brain reset and refreshes your motivation. One effective way to relax is to create a cozy, soothing environment before bed — much like the little crochet doll in the story leaning against a soft pillow. Soft lighting, calming scents like lavender, and comfortable surroundings can make a big difference in how quickly and peacefully you fall asleep. I often find that engaging in a quiet, pleasant activity — such as reading a light book, listening to gentle music, or even crafting something handmade like keychains or crochet dolls — helps me ease away from the stress of study sessions. This kind of “hands-on” relaxation not only gives my mind a break but also provides a creative outlet. Another helpful tip is to keep regular sleep habits. Your body loves routine, so going to bed and waking up at consistent times strengthens your sleep quality. Avoiding screens and heavy thinking right before bed encourages your mind to slow down naturally. Remember, balancing study and rest is crucial for both your mental health and academic success. When you feel like you don’t want to study anymore, it really is okay to say, “I need to go to sleep now.” Your brain will thank you tomorrow with improved focus and energy for learning.
