Used Trader Joe’s lobster bisque soup. Honestly little heavy cream would give it a good thickness.

Added parmesan reggiano also from Traders to add to cooked pasta with added salt and pepper. Then added sun dried tomatoes cut up and the oil in a jar from the tomatoes. Gives it a subtle, spicy/tangy kick.

Pasta was from Traders and only $0.99

Protein I decided to used clams I had left over while mushrooms I had left over as well

If you're looking for a gourmet-tasting dinner without all the fuss, this is it. I mean, who doesn't love a dish that comes together quickly but tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen? This recipe is a lifesaver on busy weeknights, perfect for when you want something special but don't have endless time. First things first, gather your star ingredients. You'll need one carton (about 32 oz) of Trader Joe's Lobster Bisque. This is the base of all that creamy goodness. For the pasta, I usually grab their rigatoni or any short, hearty pasta that can really hold onto that rich sauce. I found a bag for just $0.99, which is such a steal! Now, for that extra touch of luxurious creaminess, a splash of heavy cream is a game-changer. The original bisque is good, but a little cream takes it to the next level of indulgence and helps thicken it up beautifully. I’d say about 1/4 to 1/2 cup, depending on how thick you like your sauce. And you absolutely cannot skip the Parmesan Reggiano from Trader Joe’s – a generous hand-full of freshly grated cheese stirred into the sauce melts into pure bliss. My secret ingredient for that subtle, spicy/tangy kick? Sun-dried tomatoes! I chop up about half a cup and, here's the trick, I use some of the oil they come packed in. If it seems too thick, add a splash of that reserved pasta water. Introduce the flavors: Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and a tablespoon or two of their oil.
