First, I went to eat Waco, but there were a lot of queues. I saw next to Katsu but people were not full. There was no pork but I could eat meat, so I tried to go in without expectation.

The result is 10 / 10 delicious!

The meat is not sticky, not foul, soft. The cow's tongue is thick, not dry, not sticky. The dough is thin, not thick, not oiled. It is completely eaten, it is not greasy. But the must be given is a dipping sauce. There are many recipes for dipping (must try by yourself only). But personally, it is to moisten eggs + Dashichoyu + Wasabi Nambe Wan sign.
