Have had the opportunity to touch the spring menu at Sartoria by Paulo Airaudo and have to say one of the most impressive experiences of this phase at all.
The spring menu by chef Bjørn Tischner @ bjorntischner is beautifully conveyed. The chefs choose to use the seasonal raw materials to make each dish subtly, with flavors, colors and arrangements that look like artwork.
Another highlight is the Installation Art by Mr. Ball Naraphat @ naraphat _ s that helps to enliven the atmosphere of the dining room, as if to enter spring in the middle of the metropolis.
It is particularly pleasing that every element, food, art and view of the Bangkok skyline on the 56th floor, is designed to tell the same story.
Who is looking for a special meal experience different from a typical meal? It is recommended to try it yourself before the end of the month. ✨
