What began as two people simply crossing paths in their everyday lives eventually became something much more, and we honestly think there’s something so sweet about finding your person somewhere you never quite expected to. ✨
From the moment we started photographing them, one thing was immediately obvious: these two are so comfortable in front of the camera. And speaking of cool… we have to talk about the car. Easily one of the coolest wedding cars we’ve photographed, and the perfect addition to their portraits. It brought such a strong, cinematic feel to the photographs and suited David & Athena’s whole vibe so well.
But one of the funniest moments of the day had to be the fake “first look.” Instead of Athena appearing behind David, one of his groomsmen dressed up as the bride and surprised him instead. 😂 The reaction was priceless, and it was such a fun way to start the day with everyone laughing.
Beyond all the beautiful details and funny moments, what we’ll remember most is simply how lovely David & Athena were to be around. They were both incredibly kind, warm, and easygoing throughout the entire day, which made photographing their celebration feel effortless.
