This balance of work and rest is crucial, especially when you’re handling fragile packages of books or coordinating shipments, which adds a hands-on element to what might otherwise feel like a solitary job. For writers trying to create a sustainable daily routine, I recommend tracking your word counts and recognizing what constitutes a ‘small’ or ‘good’ writing day. Also, engaging with local bookstores and indie shops can add excitement and connection to your writing journey, making the process more rewarding. Ultimately, embracing the unpredictability of each day—whether it involves writing in pajamas or managing logistics—helps maintain motivation and creativity.
