Try this healthy food made with sweet potatoes it only took me 30mins with simple ingredients
Ingredients:
-sweet potato
- green onions
- bell pepper
-purple onions
- kale
- chicken breast
- seasoning of your choice ( I used cumin , salt , knorr
How to make :
— dice up your sweet potatoes, onions, green onions , and bell pepper ( preferably put them aside )
— cut your chicken breast and seasoned it …
— preheat your vegetable oil ( you can use any oil of your choice )
—stir fry chicken breast till it golden brown and set aside
— if there’s still more oil use it for the purple onions , fru the onion for approximately 1min
— add bell pepper and leave it for 2mins to soften
— add the chicken breast and season with seasoning of your choice ( I used cumin , salt , knorr ) Cover and leave it for 5mins then set aside.
— stir fry your sweet potatoes until it’s soft add all you’ve set aside then add your kale then let it cook for 5mins and it’s ready #food #foodrecipe #sweet potato #healthyfood #eathealthy
