Working nights means your life runs on a different clock—and that doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong.
This is what my real rhythm looks like:
clocking out, decompressing, resting, holding space for others, and still making room for family.
Not perfect.
Not aesthetic 24/7.
Just sustainable.
