1. We know that life is not as easy as it was at a young age, everyone says to "grow up and understand," but no one says that understanding it hurts, too, and if you still feel confused now, it's okay... we've walked a long way.

8. Parents are getting older much faster than our hearts. If you feel guilty about taking care of you less than you want to do, please forgive yourself. We have done our best and our love... You always know.
9. People of our age often suffer silent pain knowing that speaking does not make everything disappear, but even so, they want to remember that weakness does not make anyone inferior. It only makes us more human.
10. Some relationships can gradually disappear without a culprit, without a guilty person, only a life that takes us in different ways, letting it fade... sometimes it's the most polite self-love.
11. If we still get up and work, live, take care of our loved ones, and take care of ourselves in a way that is enough, that is a greater achievement than any reward, because no one knows what we have been through.
12. Life may not be like many things, but if there's still a calm breath today, a warm meal, a place to go back, someone to call, and a small hope that hasn't disappeared yet... it's really the best of our kind.
