And let’s not forget the Redstone Comparator – it’s a game-changer for reading container contents or creating more advanced logic gates. One of the biggest challenges I faced was ensuring reliability. In Hardcore, a single failure can be catastrophic. That’s why I often opt for Smooth Stone in my major builds – it’s blast resistant, which gives me peace of mind when dealing with potential creeper accidents or other mishaps. The Observer block is another MVP in my Redstone arsenal; it detects block updates, which is crucial for automating various processes, whether it’s a simple crop harvest or a complex item sorter. Many of you are probably thinking about how to make your own hardcore farms more efficient. My top advice? Start small, understand each component, and then scale up. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different Crafting recipes to find the most resource-friendly solutions. For example, while a Netherite Pickaxe is amazing for mining, sometimes simpler tools are sufficient for initial resource gathering for your farm. Also, consider the resource flow – where do items enter, where do they get processed, and where do they exit? A well-designed input/output system can save you hours of manual collection.
