This is a memorization technique used to memorize a list and keep things in order, often by associating items (in this case, names) with rhyming words or distinctive visual cues. For instance, if you meet someone named 'Dean,' you might think 'Dean-bean' and visualize them holding a giant bean. Or for 'Michelle,' perhaps 'Michelle-bell' and imagine her wearing a bell. The sillier and more vivid the image, the more likely you are to recall it later! It connects the unfamiliar name to something already familiar and easily retrievable in your mind.
