Long Live the Elf Queen

Book Review Long Live the Elf Queen

This book picks up right where the last one left off, so be prepared to dive straight back into the action! I’ll try not to spoil anything, but let’s just say… things get intense.

While I didn’t enjoy this one quite as much as the first, I still really loved it. Layala felt a bit more selfish and helpless in this book—even though she’s a total powerhouse! (But honestly, I’d probably act the same way in her shoes.) There were so many chances to just finish off Tenebris, and I kept thinking, just do it already!

Also… can we talk about Tif? Ugh. The most annoying character ever.

And that ending?! I did not see it coming! I just sat there like, “Whaaaat?!” Now I’m dying to start Long Live the Queen! Let’s gooo!
