Read more夏って暑いのに、クーラーや冷たい飲み物で「お腹が冷える」「食後に寒い」「背中が冷たい」みたいな不調が出やすいですよね。私も冷たいカフェラテを飲んだ日の夜に、胃が重くなったり、指先が冷えたりして、温活の大切さを実感しました。そんな時に頼りになるのが、胃腸にやさしくて身体温まる食べ物=温かいスープ。 この包まないワンタンスープは、ワンタンを包む手間がないから続けやすいのがポイント。ワンタンは三角に折るだけでOKで、スープに入れたら2分ほど煮るだけ。忙しい日でも「温かいものを食べて体を冷やさない」習慣が作れました。 温活目線でのアレンジもおすすめです。 ・体を温める野菜:にんじん、かぼちゃ、玉ねぎ、にらを少し足すと甘みも出て満足感アップ。特ににらは香りが立って、冷えが気になる日に合いました。 ・身体温まる食べ物の組み合わせ:生姜はチューブでも十分ですが、可能なら薄切りを少し入れると香りが強くなって「温まった感」が出ます。 ・免疫力を高める食べ物(夏)を意識するなら:きのこ類(しいたけ・えのき)を足すと食物繊維も増えて、夏バテ気味の日の食事が整いやすかったです。 胃腸が疲れている日(胃腸炎っぽい時を含む)は、脂っこさが負担になることもあるので、豚ひき肉を少し減らして、その分ねぎ多め+卵を落とすやり方もよくします。味付けは薄めから始めて、醤油を最後に少し足すと失敗しにくいです。 最後に、ワンタンがくっつく問題の対策。私は一気に入れず、1枚ずつ広げながら入れて、入れた直後はあまり触りすぎないようにしています。2分経ってからそっと混ぜると、破れにくくてきれい。 「体を温める方法」はいろいろあるけど、まずは毎日の食事で冷やさないのがいちばん手軽。冷え性改善を意識している人にも、夏の冷え対策の一品として試してみてください。
