It is a very popular dish in my home, saved by 40,000 people ✨ my son who is a picky eater ate it 👦✨

It is a meat dumpling that is fluffy by adding tofu and is perfect for lunch ❣️ It is delicious even when it is cold 😋

"Hijiki and tofu meat dumplings"

🔖 (2 servings)

☑ ︎ minced chicken thighs 300g

☑ ︎ Salt 1 / 2 tsp

☑ ︎ 2 teaspoons soy sauce

☑ ︎ cotton tofu 150g

☑ ︎ Hijiki 50g (returned)

☑ ︎ Edamame 35g

☑ Potato starch tablespoon 2

☑ ︎ Salad oil table spoon 1 (for baking)

☑ ︎ water table spoon 2 (for steaming)

◉ Sugar tablespoon 2

◉ Sake tablespoon 1

◉ mirin tablespoon 1

◉ Soy sauce tablespoon 2

(Some sesame seeds)

(Some green onion)

🍳.

Add salt and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce to minced chicken and knead well until sticky.

Add cotton tofu that has been drained with kitchen paper and loosen while crushing. Mix hijiki and edamame.

Add potato starch and mix well until the powder disappears. Roll into bite-sized pieces (you can make 15 to 16 pieces)

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, line up the └ and brown them. Turn over and bake a little, add water, cover and steam for 3 minutes.

Add seasoning and simmer a little to complete. Garnish with sesame seeds and small green onions if you like.

💡 this is the point 💡

◎ By adding salt to the minced meat first and kneading it firmly, it becomes sticky and becomes well organized ☝️

◎ When rounding, wet your hands while doing it, it is hard to stick and easy to do!
