"Lemon Whose Pork Shabu Salad"

☑ ︎ Pork shabu meat 150g
(This time I used thin slices of shoulder loin)
☑ ︎ Hot water 1 liter
☑ ︎ Sake table spoon 1
☑ ︎ 2 bundles of mizuna (100g)
☑ ︎ 2 myoga
☑ green onion 15g

◉ Lemon juice tablespoon 2
◉ Olive oil tablespoon 2

Wash mizuna well, remove the root and cut into 3-4 cm pieces. Soak in water for about 10 minutes. Cut myoga in half and shred.
Bring water to a boil, add sake, reduce the heat to low and shabu-shabu the pork. Put it on a vat, remove the water with kitchen paper, etc., and cool it in a refrigerator.
Combine all the seasonings of Lemon Nobody.
Add mizuna, myoga, small onions, pork, and lemon sauce to a bowl and mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds as you like.

◎ When shabu-shabu, the meat will be tough if it is boiling hot water, so once it boils, reduce the heat to low and boil it in hot water of about 80 ℃ ✨
