I've tried quite a few gluten-free pumpkin muffin recipes over the years, and I can say that using all-purpose gluten-free flour really makes a difference in texture compared to some other blends. The combination of pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar, and vanilla extract gives these muffins that classic cozy flavor we all love during the pumpkin season. One thing I find helpful is to use the canned pumpkin puree for consistency, though homemade pumpkin puree works wonderfully if you want the freshest taste. When baking gluten-free, make sure not to overmix your batter; a few lumps are okay to keep muffins tender. I usually separate my dry and wet ingredients just like the recipe suggests, then combine briefly before scooping into muffin tins. Baking at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes ensures they're perfectly cooked through but still moist inside. Another tip: avocado oil adds a subtle richness without overpowering the taste, plus it's a healthier fat option. If you want to add some texture, mixing in chopped nuts or dairy-free chocolate chips can elevate your muffins. Overall, these pumpkin muffins are a reliable gluten-free treat that can please any crowd, especially during the fall. They freeze well too, so I like to make a batch ahead for quick snacks during busy days!

This looks so good!! I made banana muffins this weekend and I’ll need to make pumpkin next!
