I always always ALWAYS try to find time to take the kids to the park! Leaving the house, even if it’s down the street, helps me mentally. As a SAHM it’s so important to leave the house! On days we can’t make it to the park, I’ll run to target or Publix, even if it’s just to walk around! 🫶🏻
