God is Still Working
Hey everyone! You know how sometimes you just feel a persistent nudge, a quiet voice, or even a sudden realization that there's something more you're meant to do, or a way you're meant to live? For me, that feeling is a constant reminder that GOD WAKES YOU UP for a reason. It's not just about waking up in the morning, but about spiritual awakening, a renewed sense of purpose each day. I often tell myself, 'He ain't through with me yet!' – and that thought is incredibly motivating when I face doubts or challenges. Standing for Christ isn't always easy, is it? It's not just about what you say you believe; it's about how you live, how you react, and the choices you make when no one else is watching. It means letting your faith influence every aspect of your life, from your relationships to your work ethic, even to how you treat yourself. There have been so many times I've stumbled, made mistakes, or veered off course. But that's where the beauty of God's grace comes in. It's like HE KEPT WAKING ME UP, giving me another chance, another opportunity to GET IT RIGHT. It’s not about perfection, but about constant surrender and growth. What does 'stand for Christ' really look like in practical terms for me? It means being intentional. It means choosing kindness when I'd rather be frustrated, offering forgiveness when it's hard, and speaking truth with love even when it's uncomfortable. It involves prayer, reading my Bible, and seeking wisdom from trusted mentors. Just like you'd commit to a fitness journey with #gettoworkfitness, standing firm in your faith requires discipline and consistent effort. It's about spiritual strength training! You don't just wake up strong; you work at it every day, strengthening your spirit and aligning your actions with your beliefs. Sometimes, God's way of 'waking us up' involves a little correction. It's not always comfortable, but it's always for our good. It's His loving way of saying, 'Hey, you're off track, let's GET IT RIGHT together.' I've learned to appreciate those moments because they push me closer to who I'm meant to be. This journey of standing for Christ is a marathon, not a sprint. There are days you feel energized and days you feel completely drained. But knowing that God is not finished, that He continues to work in us and through us, gives us the perseverance to keep going. So, if you're out there feeling like you're in a season of growth, or perhaps you're being 'woken up' to a new calling, remember this: God's work in you is ongoing. Embrace the process, lean into His guidance, and commit to living a life that reflects your conviction. Let's encourage each other to truly stand firm in our faith, every single day. What does 'standing for Christ' mean to you in your daily life? I'd love to hear your experiences!
