College Sunday Reset Routine
Of course I had to start my Sunday morning off with a matcha and strawberry cold foam! So good 😮💨🥹
I watched church from my house this morning (not pictured) then decided to go for a walk!! 🚶♀️🚶♀️ i absolutely loveeee the Girls Gone Bible podcast. This episode was so awesome! Now a huge fan of Dr. Axe! After my 2 mile walk, I came home starving so I made some eggs and steak. And let me just say it was fire. Then, I got inspired to make a protein shake so I had to run to Publix to get time ingredients. I made a cookies and cream protein shake. Again. FIRE. 🔥 then I finished my night with some coloring!!! I used my time wisely at work this week so I didn’t have any homework over the weekend! Now ready for a quick and awesome week before the long weekend!!!!

A well-structured Sunday routine can greatly impact your week ahead, especially when balancing college life. Starting your day with a matcha and strawberry cold foam not only provides a refreshing boost but also offers antioxidants and steady energy. Incorporating a morning walk, such as a 2-mile stroll, is excellent for both physical health and mental clarity—it helps increase endorphins, reduces stress, and enhances focus. Listening to inspiring content like the Girls Gone Bible podcast during your walk can add a spiritual and motivational edge to your day, deepening your sense of purpose. Many listeners have found Dr. Axe's insights on healing and holistic wellness particularly impactful, aligning well with a routine aimed at inner and outer balance. Post-walk nutrition is key. Preparing a balanced meal with eggs and steak ensures you get enough protein and essential nutrients to rebuild muscle and maintain energy levels. When hunger strikes again, a cookies and cream protein shake made from quality ingredients, such as almond milk and organic baby spinach, can be both satisfying and nutritious. Ending your evening with a calming activity like coloring is a simple yet effective stress-relief method that promotes mindfulness and creative expression, helping to unwind from the day's demands. Also, efficient time management during the week to avoid weekend homework allows more room for rest and self-care, setting you up for an awesome week ahead. By integrating these elements—matcha cold foam, inspiring podcasts, physical activity, balanced nutrition, and mindful relaxation—you create a wholesome Sunday reset that supports both body and mind, making it an ideal model for college students seeking balance and productivity.
