God sees you. He sees your efforts and your hurts.
God hears you. He hears your prayers, your questions, and even the things you don’t know how to put into words.
Strengthen your faith, my friend. Don’t be so hard on yourself.
Our relationship with God isn’t about earning His love through doing more. It’s about a heart that seeks Him. Grace is a gift we receive because of how loving and faithful our God is—not because we’ve worked hard enough or done enough good.
I have to remind myself of this often. I catch myself thinking I’m not doing enough. Not reading my Bible enough. Not praying enough. Not being the best mom, wife, daughter, or friend I can be.
But that kind of thinking only leads to discouragement and constantly beating yourself up over what you are—or aren’t—doing.
The truth is this:
God sees you.
He knows you.
He hears you.
And most of all, He loves you—and nothing can change that.
So today, meditate on this truth: He sees you.
Keep going, my friend. He’s walking with you every step of the way. ❤️

Often, I find myself caught in a cycle of feeling I’m not doing enough in my spiritual walk or daily responsibilities. This kind of self-criticism can be draining. However, reminding myself that God’s love is a gift—not something I have to earn—brings immense relief and peace.
One of my favorite scriptures that helped me during tough times is Zephaniah 3:17, which says, "The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in His love, He will no longer rebuke you but will rejoice over you with singing." This verse reassures me that God delights in me, not because of my perfection, but because of His abundant grace.
It’s also comforting to know from 2 Corinthians 12:9 that God’s power is made perfect in weakness. When I struggle or feel weak, it’s not a sign of failure but an opportunity to experience God’s strength in a deeper way. Rather than pushing myself harder, I’ve learned to rest in His grace and let go of the feeling that I must measure up.
Moreover, scriptures like Psalms 139 remind us that God has searched us and knows us intimately. This can be incredibly encouraging when we feel unseen or misunderstood by others. Knowing that nothing can separate us from God's love, as Romans 8:38-39 expresses, strengthens my resolve to keep moving forward even when the road gets tough.
In daily life, meditation on these truths encourages me to be gentle with myself while striving to deepen my faith. It’s a reminder that God walks alongside us through every challenge and joy. When discouragement creeps in, reflecting on God's promises helps me renew my strength and continue with hope and confidence.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or worn down, take a moment to embrace that God sees everything—the good and the struggles—and loves you unconditionally. His grace is always sufficient, and His presence is unwavering. Keep going; you’re not alone on this journey.
