Season the pot and add whole onion, whole lemon and a stick of butter then put all your Veggies to boil. After that’s done, remove the veggies then add the crab legs. Scoop it all out and place inside a pan to the side 🙂↔️
For the SAUCE since I made a lot of seafood I put in a separate pan or pot 5 sticks of butter 🧈
I added minced garlic 🧄 and onion 🧅 then squeeze a whole lemon to sauté for a little. You can cook them until browning or just until it’s soft. Next I added all the seasonings, be generous with it !!
I put the Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels and Lobster to Sauté in the sauce then removed and added them to that side pan. Make sure not to overcook these !
NOW BACK to the sauce after Sautéing… I added a small amount of water and more seasonings. One more stick of butter and some brown sugar just to give it some sweetness to it😌…Make sure to not burn the sugar and watch the heat.
Once done… pour the sauce in that pan over all the awesome Veggies and Seafood you finished cooking 🧑🍳😍🥰
Additional Tips: Cook the Crab until the legs are bendable. Easier to crack
