What I made this week! (Almost)

I say almost because there’s some food that I made but was too hungry and ate my taco salad bowl before taking a photo 😅. I feel like I’m usually eating the same thing just different variations, but I’ll post the recipe to my Asian stir fry tomorrow!

This week was all about experimentation in the kitchen. I tried making Asian stir fry, which is a versatile dish loaded with vegetables and protein. It’s perfect for meal prep, allowing you to enjoy a savory and nutritious meal throughout the week. Another highlight included sloppy joes served with crispy fries; an easy yet crowd-pleasing option for dinner. For breakfast lovers, I cooked up a hearty plate with sausage, hash browns, and eggs, providing an energy boost to kickstart the day. I also had a baking adventure that didn’t go as planned—my chocolate chip cookies turned out a little too sugary, yet they were still delicious! Lastly, I tried a wholesome combination of chicken, green beans, carrots, and potatoes, which made for a satisfying dinner. These dishes showcase how easy it is to create varied and tasty meals that everyone can enjoy, and I’m excited to keep sharing more recipes in the coming weeks!
