Small acts of understanding can shift the course of someone's day or even their life. By fostering empathy and reducing stigma, we empower others to share their struggles without fear or shame. In addition, mental health support requires continuous effort—from friends, family, and communities. Encouraging open dialogue, educating ourselves about mental health conditions, and promoting professional help when needed creates a supportive environment where healing can begin.
